Provide evidence that monthly inspections have been completed or have fire extinguishers re-certified by a qualified NFPA technician and inspect monthly as required.

All valves, flanges, fittings, and accessory equipment shall have a pressure rating at operating temperatures not less than the maximum allowable pressure to which they may be subject. The cargo loading/discharge valves on the #1 and #3 Port cargo tanks were leaking past the packing gland. Make repairs to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
