Resolution: Crew identified a misaligned valve that supplied water to the #4 cargo tank deck water spray system. Valve was properly aligned and system tested, all SAT.

VESSEL SHALL PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE CERTIFICATE ISSUING AUTHORITY ADDRESSING THESE FINDINGS AND ACCEPTANCE FROM THE FLAG ADMINISTRATION PRIOR TO THE NEXT U.S. PORT AFTER SAILING FOREIGN.
