04114 - Each emergency generating set arranged to be automatically started shall be equipped with starting devices approved by the Admininstration with a stored energy capabilities of at least three consecutive starts. A second source of energy shall be provided for an additional three starts w/in 30min unless manual starting can be demonstrated to be effective. Vessels emergency generator battery starting system is not functional. The generator will only start using the air start system. 13199 - The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Tracing STM Drain in the F. O. Pump Room was soaked with oil and dripping out of saturated lagging. Service leak and replace lagging to satisfaction of class. SOLAS (14)I/11 16a/c
