The gas tight bulkhead between the electric motor room and the cargo compressor room required by 3.3.2 has open communication the through an opening starboard side near the top of the space where hydraulic lines pass through the bulk head. seal bulkhead to the satisfaction of the classification society prior to commencement of loading operations. Provide USCG with documentation from the classificaiton society attesting to the corrected conditions.

Resolved 18 December 2021
Resolution: The vessei crew took actions sealing the cabie penetration using Putty Type Seating Compound class A-60. After completion the seal compound installation a pressure test for compartments was monitoring for an hour and no reduce of pressure was observed.
