When transferring cargo while fast to a dock the Master shall ensure that the tankship displays a warning sign at the gangway that it may be seen from shore and outboard toward the water in accordance with the regulation of this subpart. Vessel's warning sign does not meet the requirements of this subpart and cannot be seen from shore or water. 46CFR153.955(a)
