The vessels cargo containment system must have a high level alarm that can be seen and heard where the cargo transfered is controlled and on the open deck. The vessels high level visual and audible alarm indictors on deck are not operational.

Resolution: Verified proper operation of high-level and over-fill alarms; visual and audible indicators are working properly. All tests SAT.
