EVERY TANKER SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THE MEANS TO ENABLE CREW TO GAIN SAFE ACCESS TO THE BOW EVEN IN SESVER WEATHER CONDITIONS. SAFE ACCESS STORM SHELTERS WERE BEING USED TO STORE EQUIPMENT NOT ALLOWING ENOUGH ROOM FOR CREW TO UTILIZE.

Resolution: CREW REMOVED ALL ITEMS IN STORM SHELTERS. PSCO VERIFIED VERIFIED CLEARED SHELTER AND INSTRUCTED TO POST SIGNAGE AND CONDUCT TRAINING TO PREVENT CREW FROM FUTURE MISUSE.
