Whenever damage to hull plating that may affect the seaworthiness of a vessel is discovered in any affected space including fuel tanks, and may require the vessel to be drydocked or taken out of service and to effect permanent repairs.
Noted damaged keel on port and starboard bow sections. Fiberglass was thin with water leaking out. Provide written repair proposal and return vessel to original structure.
