Vessel's high water alarm in the Port aft compartment is no longer working. In addition, in the Port mid compartment the high water float switch for the bilge pump is no longer working. Provide capable float switch and alarm. Prove alarm and switch are capable of notifying the operator when the bilge pump is activated and when there is high water in the bilge.

Resolution: MI found new high water and float switch in port mid and aft bilge. Both alarm and switch tested satisfactory while alarming at the operation center.
