Portable fire pump pressure gage did not display a discharge pressure of at least 60 psi.

One battery was found expired. Ensure all batteries for lifesaving appliances are not expired and inspected to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to June 4, 2021.

Each towing vessel of at least 26 feet, but less than 79 feet, in length must carry a minimum of two lifebuoys and each must be fitted with a floating electric water light approved under approval series 161.010 or 161.110 as required in accordance with 46 CFR 141.360(c)(2). The lanyard on both life rings that connects the water the LRB was less than 3 feet. Provide a lanyard of a minimum of 3 to 6 feet in way of the floating water light for each life ring buoy in accordance with 46 CFR 141.360. The end of the lanyard should be secured around the body of the life ring buoy to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to June 4, 2021.
