EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF OIL WAS FOUND IN THE ENGINE ROOM BILGE AND SURROUNDING THE VESSEL'S FUEL OIL PURUFIER PRESENTING A RISK TO THE VESSEL AND ITS CREW.
