The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Vessel self-reported that the Main Switch Board(MSB) experienced failure of additional alarm indication on the MSB synchronizing panel, and it associated with the failure of automatic start of standby M/E pumps. Prior to movement provide technicians report attesting to proper repairs, operation, and satisfactory operational test of MSB and automatic function of all affected stand-by pumps.
