The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended and shall be so installed and protected as to reduce to a minimum any danger to person on board. Vessel experienced loss of propulsion while underway while entering Point Comfort. Vessel's main engine experienced loss of power for a temporary time, about one minuet, before regaining full control and power. Vessel needs to have technician and classification report attesting to vessel engine repair.
