Grab line is deteriorated, replace to the satisfaction of the MI.

The arrangement of the retroreflective must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16). Retroreflective tape arrangement is incorrect. Install approved tape to the satisfaction of the MI.

Port side second watertight air chamber aft had condensation build up, and the inspection port gasket appeared to be worn. Replace the gasket on the inspection port cover to the satisfaction of the MI.

If posting is impracticable, the stability letter must be kept on board in a weathertight container readily available for use by the crew and display to passengers and others on request. The vessel did not have a stability letter on board the vessel.
