Periodic servicing of hydrostatic release units. Each disposable hydrostatic release unit must be marked with an expiration date of two years after the date on which the unit is installed. Vessels EPIRB hydrostatic release has expired. Renew hydrostatic release with an approved EPIRB release. 46 CFR 185.740

A vessel in commercial service and over 5 net tons must be documented in order to operate. Vessels' COD has expired. Renew COD prior to operating vessel. 46 CFR 67.7 / 46 CFR 67.313.

All crewmembers and employee's in safety sensitive positions onboard the vessel must pass a pre-employment chemical test and placed into a random chemical testing program established by the owner. No proof of chemical testing was onboard the vessel. 46 CFR 16.230(a) 46 CFR 16.210.

Make it easier to remove Fire buckets from it current storage location or change storage location.

Have installed IBA serviced or replace with a serviced one. Vessel is reduced to a UPV 6 passengers or less
