Vessel experienced a loss of the port main engine. Provide tech report with root cause analysis and repairs effected. (46 CFR 143.205(c))

Resolution: Vessel ordered and installed replacement high-pressure fuel relief valve & high-pressure fuel pump controller. Engine performed properly with no further issues noted.
