According to the "Capacity Calculation Sheet" for the fixed CO2 fire extinguishing system the total required quantity of CO2 cylinders is 198. 32 CO2 bottles were found empty by the vessel's crew leaving a total quantity of 166 CO2 bottles on board.

07126 - Means shall be provided to control the leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed excessive oil leaks on the No. 3 cylinder head. Additionally, all 6 fuel oil pumps were leaking with fuel oil pooling on the cylinder heads. Oil soaked lagging was also observed on various fuel oil pipelines on the main engine.
