For any vessel that is equipped with ballast water tanks and bound for ports or places in the United States, the vessel must submit the ballast water report no later than 6 hours after arrival at the port or place of destination, or prior to departure from that port or place of destination, whichever is earlier. PSCO observed that the vessel failed to provide required ballast water report before departing Port of Tampa.
Action required: 10 - Deficiency Rectified
