Plans a booklets shall be kept up to date; any alterations thereto shall be recorded as soon as practicable, PSCE identified the changing room's door, which is located right before entering the engine room, does not have the capabilities of self-closing. The changing room's door, per the vessel's fire control plan, is supposed to be self closing.
