SOLAS (14) II-2/10.3.1 - The fire - fighters outfits or sets of personal equipment shall be kept ready for use an in easily accessible location is permanently and clearly marked. During fire drill, PSCO observed fire-fighting locker in aft engine casing was locked, with no available key. Crew members needed to break lock in order to access the space, which took approximately 15 minutes.
