Vessel has been given special consideration for solo operations in accordance with Sector Jacksonville policy letter SECJAX-WI-DOM-01 rev. 05-20, to allow for solo operations. Company Shipboard Safety Management and Contingency Plan will require updates to address getting larger passengers back into the vessel after a fall overboard. 46 CFR 175.550 Code 50c
