The emergency source of electrical power, associated with transforming equipment, if any, transitional source of emergency power, emergency switchboard and emergency lighting switch board shall be located above the uppermost continuous deck and shall be readily accessible from the open deck. Vessel sustained a fire in the emergency switch board. Emergency diesel generator space on deck 19, leaving the emergency diesel generator unable to connect to the vessel to provide power.
