A pre-engineered fixed gas fire extinguishing system must automatically shut down all power ventilation systems and all engines that draw intake air from within the protected space. Engine failed to shutdown while testing the installed Fire Boy, attempted multiple times, same result. Make effective repairs to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
