THIS SHALL CONSIST OF TWO SELF CLOSING, SUBSTANTIALLY GAS TIGHT, STEEL DOORS WITHOUT ANY HOLDING BACK ARRANGEMENTS. PSCO OBSERVED INTERIOR AIRLOCK DOOR TO MOTOR ROOM WITH DISCONNECTED CLOSING DEVICE. ADDITIONALLY, PSCO OBSERVED DOGGING DEVICES INSTALLED SUCH THAT THE DOOR DOES NOT SEAL FULLY. 74SOLAS(20) VII/13.1, IGC 2016 3.6.1
