Portable fire extinguishers must be maintained IAW NFPA 10. Fire extinguishers shall be inspected at least once per calendar month. Did not have log of monthly inspections. Implement plan to document monthly inspections.

Gauges to indicate engine RPM, jacket water discharge temperature, and lubricating oil pressure must be provided for all propulsion engines installed in the vessel. The gauges must be readily visible at the operating stations. Electronic gauge screen was damaged. Replace gauge.
