Battery in waterlight was expired and needed to be replaced.

Crew training shall be logged or otherwise documented for review by the Coast Guard upon request. Emergency training was not being conducted at intervals of at least once every three months. Conduct emergency training with crew and log accordingly at least every three months.

Portable fire extinguishers were not being inspected monthly by operator and logged. Add monthly portable fire extinguisher inspections to existing ship maintenance procedures and log accordingly.

First aid kit onboard had expired aspirin.
