The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fittings shall be of a design and construction adequate for the service for which they are intended. PSCO observed an estimate 5 mm hole in discharge pipe of the emergency fire pump resulting in high pressure water spraying into the emergency fire pump space. 74 SOLAS (2020) II-1/26.1, PTM, 60ac.
