Due to maintenance conducted on the engines during the inspection, MIs were unable to observe engine operation, test fixed FF system, emergency fuel shutoff, steering system and required drills. The vessel is restricted from operating with passengers until these items have been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard.
