The vessel is permitted a one time discharge of cargo and to proceed to shipyard for repairs in Sector Houston-Galveston's OCMI zone. Vessel to enact permanent repairs to the cargo tank to the satisfaction of the CG prior to cargo operations. Notify USCG Sector Houston-Galveston if anything changes from the current plan. Failure to comply with the 835 will be in violation of 46 CFR 30.01-10 and may result in penalties. 46 CFR 32.60-1(a)
