The design shall have regard to the working conditions to which it will be subject and the environmental conditions on board. A saltwater cooling pipe located on the second deck of the engine rool starboard side appears damages and is leaking saltwater in the vacinity of heat exchanger. 74SOLAS(24) II-1/26.1 40ac
