During review of the vessel's Rose Point electronic navigational chart system, it was discovered that the program did not have a declaration of conformity required to verify compliance with electronic chart carriage standards. Vessel shall, within 30 days, ensure that if not properly maintaining paper charts and relying on electronic, the electronic chart system meets Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services (RTCM) 1 class ‘A’.
