06199 - Other (Cargo) - Cargo pressure alarms must give an audible and visual signal on the bridge and at the cargo control station. While testing the cargo pressure alarms, PSC officers noted that the cargo monitoring system did not give an audible alarm for high and low pressure in the following cargo tanks: 2P, 2S, 3P, 3S, 4P, 4S, 5P, 5S, 6P, 6S, port and starboard slop tanks, and residual oil tank.
