VESSEL SHALL SECURE THE CHAINS IN A SATISFACTORY CONDITION TO THE OCMI AND MAKE PERMANENT.
THIS MEASURE IS ALLOWED FOR THE PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS (SET TO EXPIRE 04 AUG 22) TO PERMIT SUFFICIENT TIME TO ADDRESS DEFICIENCY 02.
