Each person who has notice of the terms of an order issued under this subpart must comply with that order. The SILVER SURFER violated COTP Order 01-24, which required serious safety concerns be addressed prior to movement of the vessel. On 22MAR24, the vessel got underway and moved within Bar Harbor, Ketchikan without prior approval or clearance of the COTP Order.
