The function of fixed fire detection and alarm system shall be periodically tested to the satisfaction of the administration. Vessel does not have functioning testing equipment for flame detectors. Vessel had ordered new testing device one month prior to arrival. Part will come to next port. 74SOLAS (20) II-2/ 7.3.1

Resolution: Received KR Claas Report stating "Test for Fixed fire detection and alarm system was carried out and attending surveyor confirmed that the normal operating condition of Flame Detector testing equipments and crew's availability to use it."
