A high pressure alarm and, if vacuum protection is required a low pressure alarm shall be provided on the navigation bridge and at the control position required by 13.1.2. Alarms shall be activated before the set pressures are reached. PSCO observed the high and low pressure alarm set points were not set in accordance with the illustration 4.2.3b of the cargo operations manual (pg. 4-13).
