Crew member did not demonstrate knowledge of procedures. Captain told inspectors most training is table top. Crew is conducting training and will call MI's out when prepared.

The all around mast/stern was not clearly visible and needs to be raised to ensure visibility in accordance with 33 CFR 83.22(c). Raise the all around masthead/stern light to ensure visibility by other boaters to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to June 30, 2022.
