The inspection and maintenance of electrical instatlllations in explossion hazardous spaces shall be performed in accordance with a recognized standard. PSCO found numerous electrical equiptment in hazardous location improerply installed (fuel preperation room, LNG tank room). Additianlly, no cre members posses the training required for recognized standard in hazardous location.

Gas detection equiptment shall be designed, installed, and tested in accordance with a recognized standard. PSCO found span gas to be incapable of testing various gas detectors (60% of LEL for main engine and ship service generator).
