The last 1.0 meter (3.3 feet) of vapor piping upstream of the vessel vapor connection and each end of a vapor hose must be- painted in the sequence of red/yellow/red. The width of the red bands must be 0.1 meter (0.33 feet)and the width of the yellow band must be 0.8 meter(2.64 feet). PSCO observed that all four vapor connections were half painted- only the first .5 meter of the vapor connection had the required paint scheme. - 46 CFR 39.2001(h)
