Class approved IG manual indicates cargo pump to shut down on ID Pall-6.33. Cargo pump did not shut down when alarm was recieved. Vessel is restricted from loading cargoesthat require inerting per IBC. 74 SOLAS (04) II-2 / 4.5.5 FSS Code Ch 15.2.2.4.5.3
