An automatic shut down of cargo pumps shall be provided to operate on predetermined limits of low pressure in the inert gas main being reached. Class approved IG manual indicates cargo pump to shut down on ID Pall-6.33. Cargo pump did not shut down when alarm was recieved. Vessel is restricted from loading cargoesthat require inerting per IBC.
