The ship's condition and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ships in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. The following cargo tank hatches were found to be freely passing cargo vapors through it's gasket: 1-6 port; 1-6 starboard; effect repairs prior to cargo operations.
