Each fire drill shall include checking of fireman's outfit and other personal rescue equipment. During the fire drill the fire team did not wear the provided flash hoods, leaving the sides of their heads exposed. This error was not spotted during the checking of the outfit. 20 SOLAS III/19.3.5.2.3 10c
