The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same

When major alterations or major repairs of tank vessels become necessary the work shall be done under the direction of the OCMI, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. Starboard side has major hull damage and internal frame damage. Contact TBSIP Shepard at MSU Huntington and coordinate repairs. Vessel is cleared to transit from Marathon facility in Paducah to Marathon Facility in Catlettsburg, KY to facilitate repairs.
