The operator of a vessel with a capacity of 250 or more barrels of oil, hazardous material, or liquified gas shall provide transfer procedures that meet the requirements of this part and part 156 of this chapter for transferring to or from the vessel and from tank to tank within the vessel. PSCO observed vessel transfer procedures content not in accordance with required information listed in 33 CFR 155.750. Must rectify prior to conducting bunkering operations.
