Vessel was issued a single voyage COI based on transit plan from Bayou La Batre, AL to Rockland, ME. A COI inspection shall be scheduled upon arrival to the vessel's home port of Rockland, ME

Mesh netting on aft deck is synthetic, has approximatetly 20" gaps on either side, and larger than 4" openings . To be cleared prior to carriage of passengers by home port OCMI.
