years in service. What Maury does not do.

All owners and operators of an existing towing vessel must have onboard a valid COI prior to the specified phase-in period. This vessel has not scheduled an inspection or obtained a COI. Vessel COD lists service as a towing vessel. The vessel shall be made available for a Coast Guard COI inspection prior to towing vessel operations.
*Alternatively: Vessel previously had approved Worksite Exclusion - Sub M Exemption (WSE-SME). Vessel may request new WSE-SME, and once approved this deficiency may be cleared.
Ownership record
The Coast Guard's documentation record for this hull -- the Abstract of Title,
with its owners and liens as filed -- is not in PSIX. Ask, and Maury buys it from the National
Vessel Documentation Center, files it here with its date, and every reader of this page gets it.
