The freeing ports or scuppers on a well deck vessel must be located to allow rapid clearing of water in all probable conditions of list and trim. Drainage calculations submitted to MSC by vsl rep's are under review. Vessel is prohibited from carrying passengers until drainage calculations are approved OR insufficient drainage is addressed / mitigated by route restriction or otherwise to satisfaction of attending MI's. 46CFR178.430

The design, materials, and construction of masts, posts, yards, booms, bowsprits, and standing rigging on a sailing vessel must be suitable for the intended service. The cognizant OCMI may require the owner to submit detailed calculations on the strength of the mast, post, yards, booms, bowsprits, and standing rigging to the Marine Safety Center for evaluation. Revised, as built, mast (main & fore-mast) structural calculations have been submitted to MSC and are pending review / approval. Vessel is prohibited from carrying passengers until MSC approval is received, to satisfaction of attending MI's. 46CFR177.330

The master shall conduct sufficient drills and give sufficient instructions to make sure that all crew members are familiar with their duties during emergencies that necessitate abandoning ship or the recovery of persons who have fallen overboard. The master shall conduct sufficient fire drills to make sure that each crew member is familiar with his or her duties in case of a fire. As a newly constructed vessel, the operator and crew have not yet been evaluated in their emergency procedures.
