It shall be fixed, limited to six seats on each deck in each stairway enclosure, be restricted fire risk determined, and shall not restrict passenger escape route. Furniture shall not be permitted in passenger and crew corridors forming escape routes in cabin areas. Cabin doors in "B" class divisions shall be of a self-closing type. Hold-back hooks are not permitted. During the fire drill, PSCO found several evacuated crew cabins with the dead bolt engaged, preventing the class B door from self-closing.
