PSCO OBSERVED A GUARD RAIL ON THE PORT SIDE OF THE VESSEL NEAR CARGO BAY 25 THAT HAD TWO POINTS OF FAILURE, THE TOP RAIL WAS DISCONNECTED FROM TWO STANCHIONS. THE TOP GUARD RAIL ON THE STARBOARD SIDE OF THE VESSEL NEAR CARGO BAY 15 HAS ONE POINT OF FAILURE, DISCONNECTED FROM THE BULWARK. LOAD LINE 66 I/25.2 16ac

PSCO observed growth on the bulbous bow.

Resolution: Vessel removed growth and was able to reapply paint to rusted areas where growth occured. Conducted examiton of hull, all was found to be sat.

With a periodically unattended machinery space or when only one person is required on watch, there shall be immediate water delivery from the fire main system at a suitable pressure.
