Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed excessive oil thoughout the machinery spaces to include excessive oil accumulation from a previous leak from the air cooler. 74SOLAS(04) II-2/4.1

Resolution: Chief Engineer cleaned up oil accumalation around machinery spaces. Removed panel covering air cooler and removed additional oil accumalation.
